We've broken up the courses into 7 separate $95 offerings: four training days, the materials, and the certification for each of the ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC courses. Facilitation Day 1 ($95)

Facilitation Day 2 / Coaching Day 3 ($95)

These modules overlap between ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC. If you are planning on taking both courses, you only need to purchase this piece once. Coaching Day 1 ($95)

Coaching Day 2 ($95)

The Coaching Engagement - much of what we need to do to succeed as coaches requires permission from those we are coaching, even when we are 'assigned' as 'the coach' Coaching Landscape 2 - more techniques for asking questions that are more powerful after determining where you are in the coaching landscape Coaching practice - structured practice of concepts covered in class Reverse coaching - a session where the instructor will coach, but not always in alignment with coaching principles. Program Materials ($95)

These materials are not required for participating or certification they are optional reference materials. This includes the slides and Mural templates for both ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC. It also includes Agile adoption evaluation materials and other useful facilitation and coaching materials.

Overall Program Description

These modules offer an intensive interactive experience that provides an opportunity to discover where you are in your Agile Coach journey and to learn new skills and techniques to progress further and faster in that journey. In all, you will learn more than twenty tools to use with your teams. Two thirds of the workshop is spent in fun hands-on group activities and games with between 2-5 people depending on the activity. The material is methodology agnostic. The ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC certifications are  two steps towards becoming an ICAgile certified expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC).
