  • Facilitivity offers three IAC programs – Level 1, Level 2, and custom. Level one is 60 hours of training and 10 hours of mentor coaching. This is considered good preparation for pursuing the IAC Certified Coach credential. Level 2 is 125 hours of training and 10 hours of mentor coaching. This is considered good preparation for pursuing the IAC Master Masteries Coach credential. We also offer the custom program. With our custom program, you provide a 20-60 minute audio recording and transcript of you coaching in accordance with the IAC’s code of ethics for recording. We then provide an evaluation of that recording for the purposes of designing a custom program toward your goal of preparing for an IAC credential. The evaluation is not an official IAC evaluation, it is only for the purposes of preparing you to submit for an official IAC credential. IAC requires that you take a minimum of thirty hours of IAC accredited training prior to applying for an IAC credential. Our custom program will prepare you based on your current coaching skills as demonstrated in your recording. This may be between 30 and 125 hours. The base fee of $795 includes the initial evaluation and 30 hours of training. Additional hours will be a pro-rated amount based on the portion of hours from our full program. You may also choose to enroll in any number that seems appropriate to you as long as it includes the minimum 30 hours and then submit a recording to the IAC or re-submit to us for another unofficial evaluation ($200 per evaluation) and updated module recommendations.
