This is Part One of Leading Through Coaching in Tech and is a complete stand-alone course which the full course expands on. It is also accredited through ICF to be used as the 60 required training hours. Grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and shaped by the complex realities of tech-driven work, the program shows how coaching supports distributed leadership, shared ownership, and continuous adaptation—empowering people to contribute fully and navigate change with confidence. This is a bundle of the ICAgile ICP-ATF, the ICAgile ICP-ACC, and the ICF accredited Advanced Agile Coaching program. It includes a 12 month LivePass for all three programs. This package also includes an hour of 1-1 coaching with the instructor, weekly office hours, templates for all of the Mural activities in the course, the book “Professional Coaching for Agilists” published by Addison Wesley, an Agile assessment tool, and an Agile Coach / Scrum Master resume writing guide.
