Base Package
The base package is $6,000 + T&E and allows for up to 7 participants. Note: a successful workshop requires a minimum of 4 participants.
What’s Included
Participants will get access to a 40 page mini-book on Agile Coaching, an in class workbook, a soft copy of the slides, one of the professionally produced games: either Heroes of Agility or Agile Coaching Games (a collection of 6 activities from the class). Also includes ICAgile ICP-ACC certification for each participant upon completion of the in-person workshop and all virtual modules.
Expectations of Host
The host is responsible for providing the venue, on-site logistics, food, the required office supplies, easels or appropriate wall space, and suitable TV or projector with screen. A room setup where people can easily collaborate with table space and standing work space in groups of 4-6 is preferred.
Additional Participants
Each additional participant is $695 with a total class capacity of 30.
Scheduling
The course is 21 hours and can be delivered as either 2 days in-person plus six 1 hour live online modules or 3 days in-person. The workshop can be delivered on any sequence of days, Monday to Sunday, dependent on availability.
