Illness Policy

Due to the nature of our program, where modules and mentoring are provided on a rotating basis, if you plan on attending a session but are unable to, simply attend when the session is next available. The only exception to this is any scheduled 1-1 mentoring session. If you are unable to attend a session that you previously scheduled with a mentor coach, please let them know at least a day in advance. If you become suddenly ill or there is any other situation that arises, please let them know at your earliest convenience. We allow for missing a session for any reason without an additional charge. Beyond that it is up to the discretion of the mentor coach whether to charge for any subsequent absence from a pre-scheduled session if there is less than a 2 day notice.

Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing or via email to the mentor coach.
