Leading Through Coaching in Tech Level 2 Program

This program is designed for current or aspiring leaders, coaches, and change agents in technology organizations who want to lead through coaching—bringing a coach’s mindset, presence, and skills to every interaction. Rather than directing others toward predetermined outcomes, participants learn to foster clarity, alignment, and forward movement by partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations.
Grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and shaped by the complex realities of tech-driven work, the program shows how coaching supports distributed leadership, shared ownership, and continuous adaptation—empowering people to contribute fully and navigate change with confidence.
This program includes everything you need to apply for the ICF PCC credential: 125 hours of ICF accredited coaching specific training hours and 10 mentor coach hours with a PCC credentialed coach.
Level 1 Program

This is Part One of the Level 2 program and is a complete stand-alone course which the full course expands on. It includes everything you need to apply for ICF’s ACC credential: 60 hours of coaching specific training and 10 hours of mentor coaching. $3,495. If you switch to and complete the Level 2 program within three years of an ACC application, the full $3,495 can be applied toward the level 2 program.
Kickstart
$995
The kickstart is thirty hours drawn from the full level 2 program with an eye toward getting you up and running applying practical skills and tools in your day to day job right away. All thirty hours and the $995 can be credited toward our level 1 or level 2 programs if you decide to upgrade later. Does not include mentor coaching.
Discover

A four hour overview of the fundamentals of coaching and how to apply it in a leadership context. Work with peers in tech on your real leadership situations and see how coaching can bring more clarity, ownership, and momentum to the conversations you’re already having. Introduces new tools and a clear sense of whether coaching fits in your leadership toolkit. Full four hours and $95 can be credited to any other program if you decide to continue with another program.
