Open & Free Learning Environments
We strive to create an inclusive, equitable, and flexible learning environment that supports all participants, including those with disabilities or from underrepresented identities. Our instructors—trained as coaches and facilitators—use those skills to ensure participants can engage at their own comfort level while still progressing toward the learning objectives.
We support multiple modes of participation, including verbal contributions, chat, and collaborative tools like Mural. Zoom transcripts are enabled as needed to assist participants with hearing needs or who benefit from alternative processing formats.
Participants are also welcome to revisit any module, as all modules are offered in a rotating schedule. This allows learners to reinforce their understanding, gain further clarity, or get additional practice where needed—all in a psychologically safe and transparent learning environment.
We also emphasize that maintaining an inclusive and supportive environment is a shared responsibility. We encourage participants to actively contribute to that environment and to let us know when something needs attention. Doing so models the ICF coaching mindset and supports ethical practice in service of their future clients.
