This is Part One of Leading Through Coaching in Tech and is a complete stand-alone course which the full course expands on. It is also accredited through ICF to be used as the 60 required training hours.
This program is designed for leaders, coaches, and change agents in technology organizations who want to lead through coaching—bringing a coach’s mindset, presence, and skills to every interaction. Rather than directing others toward predetermined outcomes, participants learn to foster clarity, alignment, and forward movement by partnering with individuals, teams, and organizations.
Grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and shaped by the complex realities of tech-driven work, the program shows how coaching supports distributed leadership, shared ownership, and continuous adaptation—empowering people to contribute fully and navigate change with confidence.
