Refund Policy

If you decide for any reason to withdraw from the program before taking 10 hours of training, you are entitled to a full refund. Once you have taken 10 hours of training, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. Additionally, once 3 months passes from the start of your enrollment, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. To withdraw, simply email [email protected] and inform us of your decision to withdraw.

If you are eligible for a refund, Facilitivity will issue a refund within 10 business days from the time of receipt of your request.

Transfer of Enrollment Policy

If you wish to transfer enrollment from one individual to another, we will process it as a refund followed by a new enrollment. In order to transfer enrollment, it must be done in accordance with the refund policy as stated above.
