Subscription

This program is offered on a subscription basis. You will have a full year to attend and can repeat modules as often as you want.

Schedule

The program consists of ten one hour modules which you can take in any order. Modules are offered regularly in the timeslots of 12-2pm, 5-9pm EST weekdays and often on the weekends.

Description

This course is designed for people that are interested in learning more about how to become a top trainer. You may be new to training or very experienced. You may be an internal trainer, independent trainer, or looking to go out on your own for the first time. Perhaps you have your own course or are looking to teach courses from Scaled Agile, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile or another Agile training organization.

  • Introduction to Using Mural for Online Instruction
  • Introduction to Using Miro for Online Instruction
  • Adult Learning
  • Training in Triads
  • Tools and environment setup

In the “training in triads” section, you will group up into triads to do lightning talks on topics of your choice to practice and get feedback from and instructor and fellow participants. You will need to come prepared to do two 10 minute lightning presentations and one 20 minute presentation.

ICP-ACC Specific Training (Optional)

If you are looking to become an ICP-ACC trainer in particular, you will also need to sign up for one of the separate add-ons. Please also see the ICAgile ICP-ACC requirements here: https://www.icagile.com/Member-Organizations/Become-a-Member . You will also need to either join an existing ICAgile member organization (MO) (instructor offers this) or create your own for a separate ICAgile fee, pay for ICAgile instructor authorization, and license or create ICP-ACC materials (instructor offers this). If you create your own MO, you will also need to authorize your ICP-ACC course through ICAgile for a fee. Details available upon request.
