Recognition of Training and Mentoring Hours From Another Program (aka Transfer of Credit Policy )

Note: the examples here use our Level 1 program, but the calculations are the same for our Level 2 Program.

Facilitivity will recognize all of your documented Level 1 and/or Level 2 training hours from other training programs. The first step to have your hours recognized is to provide documentation of the hours completed signed by the provider organization. Facilitivity will pro-rate your registration fee based on the number of hours recognized with a minimum charge of ½ of the currently advertised rate for the training hours (sans mentoring hours) of whichever program you are applying for at the time of application. For example, in July of 2025, the minimum charge for our Level 1 training hours would be $1,500. And, if you were transferring 15 hours of training, that would be 25% so there would be a 25% credit and the pro-rated fee for our Level 1 Program would be $2,250.

Mentor hours will also be pro-rated. If you have already done 5 of the 10 mentor coach hours, then the fee for mentor coaching would be pro-rated to 50%. In July of2025 that would be $750. Please note that for all-inclusive packages the pro-rating will be done on an a la carte basis (training and mentoring calculated separately) and then the all-inclusive discount will be applied. For instance, if an offering gives 10% discount compared to a la carte, and your pro-rated total is $3,000 then your total for training and mentoring would be $2,700 .

Keep in mind that no matter how many hours you get credit for, you still have to meet our certification requirements in order to receive a Level 1 certificate from us. At your option, you can schedule a session with an instructor to get a recommendation for how best to leverage your existing training within our program to meet our certification requirements. We will happily allow you to take 10 hours of training from us beyond what is technically required to assist in that goal. For instance, if a student is transferring 30 hours of training, they would need to take another 30 hours of training from our program, so their training fee (in July 2025) would be $1,500. If the instructor determines that due to the change of programs, another 10 hours of training is recommended, we will include that at no extra charge. Any additional training required beyond the 10 hours will be at $25/module. Any additional hours of mentor coaching are $150/hour. All prices used for examples in this policy are from July 2025. Please check current pricing.
