A 4-hour, $95 introduction for leaders curious about coaching. This Discover session gives you a straightforward, hands-on look at what it means to lead through coaching. In just four hours, you’ll work with peers in tech on your real leadership situations and see how coaching can bring more clarity, ownership, and momentum to the conversations you’re already having. What you’ll experience: How coaching differs from managing, mentoring, or advising — and where it fits in leadership Simple, practical coaching techniques you can start using immediately Practice with your own real situations, not artificial roleplay A framework that shows how coaching helps people step up while you stay firmly in the lead Who it’s for: Tech leaders — or those preparing to lead — who want to explore coaching in a low-commitment, high-impact format before deciding on a larger program. If you are purchasing a complete program, this is included. Purchase this only if you are doing a program a-la-carte. In mentor coaching, you will receive feedback from an ACC or PCC level coach as appropriate for your desired credential, that has been specifically trained in providing feedback on your coaching. You can start this at any time. However, you must receive your mentoring hours over at least a 3 month period, and it is best to start after you have taken at least 30 hours of training and done at least 5 coaching with feedback sessions where you were the coach.
