If you are purchasing a complete program, individual mentor coaching is included. Purchase this only if you are doing a program a-la-carte.
In mentor coaching, you will receive feedback from an ACC or PCC level coach as appropriate for your desired credential, that has been specifically trained in providing feedback on your coaching. You can start this at any time. However, you must receive your mentoring hours over at least a 3 month period, and it is best to start after you have taken at least 30 hours of training and done at least 5 coaching with feedback sessions where you were the coach.
Individual mentor coaching is 3 of the 10 total hours needed for mentor coaching. In addition to individual mentor coaching, you also need to do seven hours of group mentor coaching.
