In mentor coaching, you will receive feedback from a PCC level coach that has been specifically trained in providing feedback on your coaching. You can start this at any time. However, you must receive your mentoring hours over at least a 3 month period, and it is best to start after you have taken at least 30 hours of training and done at least 5 coaching with feedback sessions where you were the coach.
