  • This is a new Professional Coaching training program with 65 coach-specific training hours. In order to get a program accredited by the International Coach Federation, the program needs to be offered for 6 months and have 5 graduates as part of the accreditation process. Although we plan to work towards accreditation and adjust the program as required, there is no guarantee that it will get accredited. As of August 2021, the program has been offered for six months and there are students at various stages of progress in the program. In consideration of the program's accreditation status, we are offering it at a reduced rate of $995(USD). After accreditation it will be priced at $3,995. Note that this program can be taken on its own or in addition to our Advanced Agile Coaching program which is an ICF approved program. Instructor: Damon Poole Learn More
  • If you are purchasing the complete program, this is included. The full program includes 60 hours of training. Purchase this only if you are doing a program a-la-carte and you will need to purchase it twice to complete the full program of 60 hours. Each 30 hours entitles you to attend 30 hours of training of your choice. Instructor: Damon Poole Learn More
  • This course is a comprehensive Professional Coaching course specifically designed for people working in Agile environments and looking to accelerate their Agile adoption. The instructor, Damon Poole , is an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach and your fellow students will also come from Agile backgrounds. Example scenarios used in the course are all drawn from real examples that took place in Agile environments. The course will teach you all of the core competencies of being a Professional Coach, such as creating a coaching agreement, active listening, powerful questioning, using presence and helping people design their own methods for holding themselves accountable. You will also practice everything you learn with fellow participants, get feedback from the instructor, and receive 10 hours of mentor coaching from a PCC level coach. The course is taught entirely in English and is delivered on-line only using Zoom and Mural. Instructor: Damon Poole LEARN MORE
  • If you are purchasing the complete program, this is included. Purchase this only if you are doing a program a-la-carte. In mentor coaching, you will receive feedback from a PCC level coach that has been specifically trained in providing feedback on your coaching. You can start this at any time. However, you must receive your mentoring hours over at least a 3 month period, and it is best to start after you have taken at least 30 hours of training and done at least 5 coaching with feedback sessions where you were the coach. Instructor: Damon Poole Learn More
  • The only milestone that remains before applying for Level 2 accreditation is for the program to submit 2 PCC level recordings. To that end, we are forming a cohort to work together to produce those 2 recordings. We will meet for an hour on a regular basis to review and create recorded coaching sessions. Review will be from a PCC level perspective. If there are existing recordings we’ll start with those, otherwise we’ll do a recording in the session. The assumption is that as part of this cohort you will be regularly practicing to incorporate what you learn in the cohort and to work toward producing a PCC level recording. In order to submit an application for you to get your PCC credential, you will need a PCC level recording anyway, so this will also help toward that end. The cohort includes up to 7 hours of mentor coaching that you can use to renew your ACC (or PCC) credential in your next 3 year credential renewal cycle. It is “up to 7 hours” because it depends on your attendance between now and March 1st. It is limited to 7 as a max because only 7 hours of group mentor coaching can be counted in any given renewal cycle. It also includes 2 recording reviews - an initial review of where you are and then later after you have incorporated the feedback through practice, a second review. Coaching practice during the group sessions will be on a first come first serve basis. If you are also interested in 1-1 mentor coach hours with Salah, you can book those directly from him.
  • Add the LivePass option to any existing program or extend an existing LivePass by 6 months. Can be used with ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF or Advanced Agile Coaching.
