This is all of the materials for the self-study portion of Facilitivity's ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC courses representing 10.5 hours of work and 7 hours of work respectively. Basically, it is a short stand-alone version of our ICP-ATF/ICP-ACC Bootcamp. Materials are provided in this way so that you can "dip your toe in" and do the self-study work for either or both prior to signing up for the live portion as part of deciding if these courses are for you. If you later decide to take one or both of the courses this purchase will be deducted from the cost. The hybrid versions of our ICP-ACC and ICP-ATF are the exact same material, it is just that all of the knowledge transfer is provided via these materials. The live portion includes group activities via Mural, chat, and verbal interaction as well as 1-1 coaching sessions with the live cohort, coaching with feedback from the instructor, and Q&A with the instructor. The live portions are co-scheduled with the cohort as it forms. These materials include the eBook "Professional Coaching for Agilists" by Damon Poole & Gillian Lee, published by Pearson, the course workbooks for both our ICP-ATF and ICP-ACC courses, self-study activities, videos, and knowledge check quizzes. Please note: this self-study portion does not include any certifications. To get the ICP-ATF and/or ICP-ACC certifications you will need to complete the self-study portion and then take the live portions of whichever certification you are looking for. Purchase of the self-study portion will be deducted from the full price of the ICP-ATF and/or ICP-ACC courses. ICP-ATF Full Course ICP-ACC Full Course

The only milestone that remains before applying for Level 2 accreditation is for the program to submit 2 PCC level recordings. To that end, we are forming a cohort to work together to produce those 2 recordings. We will meet for an hour on a regular basis to review and create recorded coaching sessions. Review will be from a PCC level perspective. If there are existing recordings we’ll start with those, otherwise we’ll do a recording in the session. The assumption is that as part of this cohort you will be regularly practicing to incorporate what you learn in the cohort and to work toward producing a PCC level recording. In order to submit an application for you to get your PCC credential, you will need a PCC level recording anyway, so this will also help toward that end. The cohort includes up to 7 hours of mentor coaching that you can use to renew your ACC (or PCC) credential in your next 3 year credential renewal cycle. It is “up to 7 hours” because it depends on your attendance between now and March 1st. It is limited to 7 as a max because only 7 hours of group mentor coaching can be counted in any given renewal cycle. It also includes 2 recording reviews - an initial review of where you are and then later after you have incorporated the feedback through practice, a second review. Coaching practice during the group sessions will be on a first come first serve basis. If you are also interested in 1-1 mentor coach hours with Salah, you can book those directly from him.
