A 4-hour, $95 Introduction for Leaders Curious About Coaching
This Discover session gives you a straightforward, hands-on look at what it means to
lead through coaching. In just four hours, you’ll work with peers in tech on your real leadership situations and see how coaching can bring more clarity, ownership, and momentum to the conversations you’re already having.
What You’ll Experience
- How coaching differs from managing, mentoring, or advising — and where it fits in leadership
- Simple, practical coaching techniques you can start using immediately
- Practice with your own real situations, not artificial roleplay
- A framework that shows how coaching helps people step up while you stay firmly in the lead
Who it’s for
Tech leaders — or those preparing to lead — who want to explore coaching in a low-commitment, high-impact format before deciding on a larger program.
Why it Matters
In just 4 hours, you’ll gain new tools and a clear sense of whether coaching belongs in your leadership toolkit. And if you decide to go further, the work you do here counts toward our
Kickstart program ($595) and can also be applied to our ICF-accredited and IAC-accredited
Level 1 (60-hour) and
Level 2 (125-hour) tracks. The
International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the
International Association of Coaching (IAC) are globally recognized as
standards in the coaching community, so if you continue, you’ll be on a path that connects your leadership growth to the highest professional benchmarks in the field.
