• This special program rotates through all 109 hours of the knowledge-transfer portions of our full 125-hour PCC program, one hour per week on Fridays at 12pm ET. All sessions are live with an instructor, not pre-recorded. We’ll send you the Zoom link after sign-up. As you complete each module, record it in your program checklist. Once you have completed all of the modules, you have completed the knowledge transfer training portion of the full ICF program. Your enrollment also allows you to begin logging your coaching experience hours toward an ICF credential if you later decide to pursue one. Each training hour you complete counts toward the 60 training hours required for the ACC credential or toward the 125 required for the PCC credential. You can also begin applying what you learn immediately in your coaching sessions rather than waiting until you complete the program. At one hour per week, completing all 109 hours takes a little over two years. If you decide you want to complete the training more quickly, you can switch at any time to our accelerated training-only option, which offers five hours of training per week. The price is prorated to account for the training you have already completed, so you do not pay for those training hours again. If you decide to pursue an ICF credential, you will eventually also need group mentoring ($300), individual mentoring ($600), observed sessions ($1,000 for ACC or $1,200 for PCC), and a final evaluation ($200). You can also switch at any time to one of our all-inclusive credential programs. These offer the accelerated five hours of knowledge-transfer training per week and include the mentoring, observed sessions, and final evaluation. The all-inclusive programs are $2,995 for the ACC path and $3,995 for the PCC path, with the price adjusted to recognize the training you have already completed through this program. The $95 enrollment price for this weekly program is introductory and will not remain at this level indefinitely.
  • If you are purchasing a complete program, mentor coaching is included. Purchase this only if you are doing a program a-la-carte and want all of your mentor coaching hours to be 1-1. In mentor coaching, you will receive feedback from an ACC or PCC level coach as appropriate for your desired credential, that has been specifically trained in providing feedback on your coaching. You can start this at any time. However, you must receive your mentoring hours over at least a 3 month period, and it is best to start after you have taken at least 30 hours of training and done at least 5 coaching with feedback sessions where you were the coach. Mentor: Salah Elleithy, for ACC or PCC Mentor: Damon Poole, for ACC Learn More
